Whenever you need to move storage boxes around, you need to double check:

a. In which warehouse it is;

b. To which warehouse you want to move;

c. If it is loaded or not.

To double check all info mentioned above, head to Settings >  Resources > Storage Box , select the type you are looking for and if you know the code/name look up for it.

 If you don't know the name/code it is not a problem as Zapala Go will automatically display all storage boxes of that type:

If storage box is empty

If your storage box is 'Empty', all you need to do is to click on the 'Edit' button and let the system know in which warehouses it must be allocated to or removed from:

Edit the information:

After changes were done, click on the 'Save' button.

If the storage box is loaded

As Jobs are connected to a certain warehouse instead of a certain storage box, to move one around you will need to unload all jobs first.

To do that, head to 'Warehousing' >  'Storage Box' look it up and click on the 'Unload' icon:

As it is a two-step confirmation process, a new window will pop up asking you to confirm which jobs loaded into that storage box you want to unload. Select all of those you wish to unload and hit the 'Ok' button:

Once it is the done, repeat the steps on 'If the storage box is empty'.
